Jams Selection
Our early days were humble, with Emma lovingly creating batches of Aga dried tomatoes and Cucumber Relish in her mother's kitchen. Within days of launching Fortnum & Mason and Harvey Nichols were keen to place orders and the kitchen was quickly outgrown. Emma moved The Bay Tree to our first manufacturing unit, where she continued developing new ranges and exploring new flavour profiles. Today, we have over 150 mouth-watering products for you to try.
We have been in our current manufacturing home since 2012, after we outgrew the last premises.
